Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in AutoCAD, CNC machine operation, and inside sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, coupled with excellent client interaction skills, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD & CAD Software Expertise: Create, review, and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software to support project planning and execution.
- CNC Machine Operation: Operate, program, and understand CNC machines to produce precise parts and components according to design specifications.
- Client Engagement & Inside Sales: Engage with clients, assess their needs, prepare proposals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Sales Support: Maintain communication with clients, provide updates on project progress, and address any issues or changes in project scope.
- Collaboration with Engineering & Production Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client inquiries and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & CNC Machines: Must have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and CNC machine operation.
- Inside Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, including managing client communications, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize work efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of troubleshooting design or production issues and offering practical solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CAD software is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar industries is advantageous.
