What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming calls and outbound call campaigns
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information when using our CRM and other software as provided
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow the Sales team procedures, guidelines and policies
- Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required)
- Basic troubleshooting of internet/tv/phone service
- Other duties as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- High school degree
- 1 year of sales experience
- Spanish a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with MS office and phone systems
- Ability to travel (5%)
