Job Title: Director- Client Partner
Duration: Full-time
Location: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC
Must-Haves :
- 70% of total experience must be in the Manufacturing Domain.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Warranty Management.
- 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, IOT and Salesforce.
- Selling IT software products (IT Software only).
- Job stability is mandatory Minimum 3 year tenure in each project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for driving Sales growth and margins for existing Customers in and around Charlotte, NC, USA.
- This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Director or VP of Sales.
- This position involves driving the accounts growth across products and services, daily engagement with the customer stakeholders and leadership to build strong relationships.
- Product and Service offerings include Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IOT, Salesforce and other services etc.
- MUST be from a Manufacturing Domain
Additional Guidelines :
Can look at candidates who are willing to relocate and are ready to travel in Charlotte Candidate must reside in Charlotte and be willing to travel to client locations.
Interview process: Two video discussions with VP, followed by travel to Santa Clara, CA for meetings with the leadership team.
