Packaging and Shipping Clerk

Key4, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Shipping Specialist in our dynamic shipping department. As a Shipping Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our shipping operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing orders received from the warehouse and other platforms such as our website and eBay.
• Packaging orders securely and selecting the appropriate shipping method based on customer requirements.
• Utilizing ShipStation as our shipping platform to create shipping labels and documentation.
• Liaising with shipping carriers to coordinate the pickup and delivery of packages.
• Ensuring that all shipments are dispatched on time and in accordance with established deadlines.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and discrepancies in shipments.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Adhering to all shipping regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of shipping processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping and logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
