We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail, that is also intellectually curious and collaborative. The Research Analyst will join our CX EX Measurement & Insights team to assist the team in analyzing market, client, and employee data – distilling insights into a package that is consumable to various audiences. This includes synthesizing insights uncovered across multiple sources to identify meaningful points of delight and friction for our clients and employees, as well as thinking progressively when it comes to the display/communication of the most important takeaways.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data – often from multiple sources (focusing on clients, prospects, employees, and operational data) – to build a summary of improvement opportunities for the bank
Distill research findings into actionable insights and package them into meaningful PowerPoint presentations that compel the audiences to take action
Demonstrate strong active listening and probative skills to understand and create detailed documentation of partner research needs
Assist in the execution of research programs, from design to report creation, eventually building a strong research methodology understanding, becoming effective in translating partner needs into research projects, and adopting a more lead role in research execution
Conduct some statistical analyses (correlation, factor analysis, regression) based on supplied code that can be adjusted for a given program
Build and maintain vendor relationships; ensuring they are providing meaningful insights in a timely fashion
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Survey programming, testing, and launching, to collect proprietary quantitative data
Stay in-tune with industry changes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data and Business Analytics or similar field of study
At least 1 year of relevant work experience running data analysis using SAS, Python, R, SPSS or via advanced Excel capabilities
Knowledge of statistical techniques
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
