Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction above all else.
- Listen actively for clues that indicate financial wellness opportunities, and provide personalized recommendations to support our clients' goals.
- Meet or exceed individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
- Open personal and business accounts, offering a range of deposit products and services to meet our clients' needs.
- Collaborate with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client growth and retention.
- Maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
- Participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer credit principles, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
- Fundamental knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Ability to interact effectively with small business clients, overcoming objections and asking fact-finding questions to build trust and rapport.
