What You'll Do:
We're on the hunt for a part-time Business Development Specialist who's ready to jump in and help us take our brand to the next level! In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building lasting relationships, and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness. You'll be the go-to person for new business opportunities and work closely with our amazing sales and management teams to turn those opportunities into success stories!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns that attract new business across multiple channels - whether it's face-to-face, on social media, or through email and online ads.
- Make Connections: Get out there and network! Build meaningful relationships with local businesses, community groups, and potential customers to create new opportunities and strengthen our presence.
- Be the Voice: You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients - guiding them from the first hello to becoming loyal customers.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with the sales and management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with our goals and help drive customer acquisition.
- Create Content That Converts: Help craft fun and engaging marketing materials like email newsletters, social media content, and digital ads that speak to our audience and drive sales.
- Track & Improve: Monitor and analyze the performance of your marketing efforts to ensure we're always improving and optimizing to reach our goals.
- Promote & Prosper: Assist in creating special promotions that'll draw in new leads and help us close the deal!
