What You’ll Be Doing:

At KeyGlee, you’ll play a critical role in connecting investors and sellers, using your sales skills to negotiate deals that benefit everyone involved. This is your opportunity to grow your expertise, close valuable transactions, and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced industry.

• Confidently negotiate property prices and terms
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients
• Use your sales expertise to close deals and exceed your goals
• Track performance with daily KPIs and consistently surpass weekly and monthly targets

No real estate license? No worries! We’ll guide you through the process and cover all licensing costs!

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong phone communication skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed

Pay Structure:

• 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
• After training, base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
• Our top reps earn anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 per month in commissions
• We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
