Responsibilities of the MSN Program Director include but are not limited to :
- Providing classroom instruction
- Managing daytoday program operations
- Overseeing the student advising process
- Monitoring student learning outcomes
- Collaborating with college leadership
- Enrollment management
- Marketing and collaborative partners
- Academic support and financial aid
- Assisting staff to generate a prospective student pool
- Reviewing and maintaining curriculum
- Leading new program development
- Partnering with leadership for all accreditation requirements
- Assigning faculty to ensure a highquality learning experience
The Program Director engages in professional associations businesses and the local community as necessary to promote the visibility and stature of the program as well as performing instructional duties as assigned.
