The Role:
Property Managers act as the focal point in the company. They are responsible for facilitating all communications with owners, vendors, and tenants. The profitability and success of their properties sit squarely on their shoulders.
Success in this role is obtained by owning the management process from start to finish. Managers should be highly responsive to work orders, tenant payments, owner questions, and vendor work. Proper and proactive communication is at the core of everything a property manager does while being able to follow up on and accomplish admin tasks like noting accounts, sending leases, and responding to every email.

Qualifications
- 4 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of management experience
- 2 years of professional communication experience
- Real Estate license required within 90 days of employment
