As the Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth, building strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other referral partners. Business Development Manager (BDM)
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the charge in expanding Keyrenter’s reach by generating leads, signing new clients, and building a network of referral partners. You’ll be the face of Keyrenter’s growth, ensuring every property owner you connect with understands the value of partnering with us. This role is vital to achieving our mission of simplifying rental ownership and creating raving fans of our service.
In this role, you will LOVE:
- Building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and lenders who trust you to help their clients.
- Generating leads and filling your pipeline with property owners eager to work with Keyrenter.
- Signing new clients and exceeding monthly new-door goals.
- Following proven sales tools and processes that make your work more efficient and impactful.
- Delivering presentations and proposals that showcase Keyrenter’s value.
- Representing Keyrenter at networking events and industry functions to expand our presence.
