Requirements:
- Driver's license, reliable transportation, & insurance.
- Pass background check
- CPR/First Aid (can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying employment goals and developing job search strategies.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job application processes.
- Support individuals with disabilities in navigating the workforce.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and employability.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Foster a supportive environment through mentoring and counseling, addressing any barriers to employment.
Summary
