Due to continued growth in the Birmingham, AL area, we are seeking to add a Branch Office Adminstrator to the Quality Creative Landscaping team in our Birmingham, AL branch to support growth in the region.:
Responsibilities include:
- Branch administration and organization
- Branch invoicing and cash conversion
- Provide QuickBrooks and clerical support
- Assist with job costing and reconciliations
- Assist with audit requests
- Process bank deposits, retrieval and post daily payments
- Process weekly payroll and commissions
- Customer development and satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
