As Chief of Staff to the VP of Central Technology Labs team, you will be a strategic partner driving technology initiatives and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic technical organization. Working closely with the Labs’ senior leadership, you will shape and execute the team's vision while orchestrating seamless collaboration across this team and stakeholder organizations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine organization strategy, translating high-level vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Drive alignment across the senior executive’s leadership team, ensuring cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead the preparation and follow-up for key leadership meetings, including preparation of dashboards, status reports, and critical follow-through.

CA pay range : MIN $114,620 – MAX $191,030.
