THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our client’s global brand through strategic social media management, impactful marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. You will be responsible for promoting our client’s products and services, managing communications with potential customers, and enhancing our online presence across websites and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively to engage and grow our client’s audience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Social Media Management :

  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • Actively promote content and foster community engagement by responding to audience queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Strengthen the client’s social media presence on a global scale by implementing targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Curation :

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content related to cybersecurity and other relevant industries, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
  • Write industry-specific blog posts and articles that position our client as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Regularly update the company website with fresh content, including blogs, articles, and multimedia.
  • Email Marketing and Lead Generation :

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive global contact list for targeted email campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO strategies.
  • Website Management and Optimization :

  • Enhance and optimize the client’s website by benchmarking against industry standards and implementing best practices for UX / UI.
  • Monitor website analytics and search engine performance, making data-driven decisions to improve visibility and user engagement.
  • Market Research and Business Development :

  • Conduct thorough market research and data mining to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Identify opportunities for the client to participate in tenders and prepare compelling proposal submissions that align with their objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and results.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by the management team.
  • QUALIFICATIONS >

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on global business development.
  • Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and reports.
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and other relevant digital tools.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
  • Background in content writing or copywriting.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing efforts for multiple clients.
  • Competency in data management, analytics, and the preparation of comprehensive reports.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience working with international markets.
