Job Summary

You will represent clients in family court, depositions, mediations, complete discovery, draft

pleadings, settlement agreements, financial affidavits, and advise clients on marital and family

law issues.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically advocate for clients in court
  • Draft pleadings, orders, briefs, settlement agreements, financial disclosure
  • Attend hearings, depositions
  • Mediate court issues
  • Communicate with clients

    • Qualifications

  • 3 years of Family Law experience required
  • Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to respond timely to case and court deadlines
  • Knowledge of Westlaw
  • Admitted to Florida Bar with no disciplinary record
  • Ability to work in-person
