Reports To : Vice President of Operations

What does an Operations Manager Do?

• Celebrate completion of projects with Team Members and property owners that

have been returned to the lives they love

Operations Managers lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic

events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial

property. As an OM, you will oversee company policies and direct activities toward long-range goals

for growth and profitability.
