Paralegal- Civil Litigation

Job description

The Paralegal position will focus on assisting attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient

and timely progression of the different stages of litigation. Ideal candidate will have civil litigation

knowledge

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case through the litigation process
• Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws

and regulations

Qualifications / Skills required :

Must be diligent and positive worker, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager

to learn and advance. Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities.

Insurance Benefits after 90-day probationary period.

MUST have law firm experience. Personal Injury experience is required.

Bilingual : preferred, but not required

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
