KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a creative and organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate, and community events that enhance engagement, boost brand visibility, and drive sales. Responsibilities
- Plan and manage event schedules, logistics, and execution.
- Oversee event setup, staffing, and merchandise distribution.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences through registration and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with teams to align events with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts.
- Track event success and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of event planning or corporate events.
- Degree in Business, or Communications preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event tools.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
