Senior Accountant
Summary :
The Senior Accountant primarily supports the month-end close and consolidation process for a group of platform subsidiaries and will report to the Accounting Manager.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial close processes, working closely with the Platform Controllers to prepare internal financial statements.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with the oversight of the regional controllers, ensuring subsidiary ledgers are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP and that all internal controls are performed in a timely manner.
- Manage the daily operations and monthly close cycles for the corporate entity.
- Assist the Operating and Finance leadership teams with the analysis of financial performance of the subsidiary platforms.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to support the needs for senior management, payroll information, cash flow analysis, and other performance indicators, as necessary.
- Support the annual budgeting process of the consolidated entity for the select group of subsidiary P&L’s.
- Maintain adequate documentation for external auditors and assist with the annual audit of the consolidated financial statements.
Qualifications :
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (Remote - 1 day per week)
