As Director of Product Marketing you will drive go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and customer engagement for our AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role is critical to shaping our positioning, sales content, analyst relations, and customer insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to refine messaging, support revenue growth, and amplify our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Develop high-impact sales motions, content, and collateral that drive enterprise adoption.
- Partner with product management and sales to ensure seamless product launches and pipeline acceleration.
- Create and optimize sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and whitepapers.
- Train sales teams on messaging, objection handling, and competitive insights.
- Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies with tailored content for key accounts.
- Own relationships with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to shape category perception.
- Drive thought-leadership through briefings, reports, and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with PR and comms teams on narrative development and media engagement.
- Design and manage Customer Advisory Panels to gather enterprise insights and influence product strategy.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories.
- Conduct in-depth customer research to refine messaging and market fit.
- Work closely with executive leadership, product, and sales to align on company strategy.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, tracking market trends and positioning.
- Support demand generation initiatives with content and messaging expertise.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field or the equivalent in years of service. A Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or related healthcare field) is preferred
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in product marketing at a B2B technology company.
- Experience selling into large enterprises, understanding complex buyer journey
- Experience in AI, machine learning, data science and enterprise software is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to build analyst relationships and influence industry perception
- Skilled in sales enablement, customer engagement, and technical content development.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and positioning skills—technical writing is a plus.
- Strategic thinker who can execute at a tactical level.
- Background in venture-backed, high-growth, PE-driven companies preferred.
- $120,000- $180,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
