You will be responsible for providing our customers a world class experience through excellent product knowledge and skilled use of our business systems. Essential Job Duties :
Communicate directly with customers and distribution centers to facilitate returns, and resolve shipping and product issues.
- Handle inbound communications from customers via phone, fax and email
- Provide quality customer service in line with designated standards
- Work with distribution centers, third-party carriers, and suppliers to resolve customer facing issues
- Maintain communication with customers throughout resolution process
- Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, data entry, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and customer service inquiries
- Process special orders
- Assume other duties as assigned
- Additional related duties may be assigned as needed
- EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : High School graduate required.
- Basic Qualifications : Computer proficiency; Punctuality and attention to detail; The ability to relate to our customers and help them solve problems
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with others; Must have good customer relation skills; A calm demeanor, enthusiasm and energy to assist customers with returns and resolution of the situations that arise; A desire to grow professionally.
- Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment : Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and be attentive to detail; Some travel required- Up to 5% and / or as needed; company shows such as Expo and BIG shows.
- Preferred Qualifications : Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call-center environment; 2 years of college; Bilingual, English / Spanish or Spanish / English
