What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Keystone Cap Company?
Keystone Cap Company, a manufacturer in Columbia, PA, has an immediate full-time position for our production team. We hire on attitude and will train you. Monday-Friday. 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We manufacture closures (lids/caps) for pharmaceutical, food, and other industries.

- Starting Rate: $17.00/hr.
- After initial 90-day trial period: $17.50/hr.
- 7 Paid Holidays and 1/2 Health Insurance Premium paid after initial 90-day trial period
- Vacation Days after 1 year.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery including presses, threaders and liners.
- Flexible compensation based on general manufacturing experience and qualifications.

- Responsible for inspections and quality checks of products.
Qualifications
- Must be 18-years of age or older.
- Great attitude, passionate, with a good work ethic.
- Flexibility and desire to learn new things, including all aspects of our production operation.
- Detail oriented, good eye-hand coordination and ability to meet production demands.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions, including: Lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 75 pounds; Performing manual labor; Stooping, kneeling and crouching ; Repetitively moving, including walking, twisting & bending neck, reaching above and below shoulder height; Bending forward or sideways, twisting at the waist, and power grasping with hands; constantly for at least 15 minutes, continually for a shift.
- Production, machine operator, manufacturing, machinist and/or forklift experience a plus.
