Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the complete oversite of companywide recruitment. This position will direct, plan, and develop strategies and processes to attract, proactively build, and maintain a quality talent pipeline.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or combined experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Recruitment Manager or Director capacity with a team of Recruiters
- PHR certification preferred
Requirements/Skills
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing a full-cycle recruitment strategy
- Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects, exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
- Experience in research and development of new positions and pay scales.
- Ability to present to Executive Leadership
- Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Strong team-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
- Able to establish and maintain professional working relationships
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assess external labor market conditions
- Develop effective, economical, and appropriate sources and methods to recruit talent
- Identify current and future workforce needs
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all recruitment sourcing strategies
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, staffing agencies
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, pre-employment on-boarding and communication)
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Measure key recruitment metrics, source of hire and time-to-hire
- Guide recruiters to successfully complete staffing goals
- Complete recruiter audits as needed
- Oversee the accurate creation of new hire employee files upon hire
