· Team Leadership: Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure proper execution of the project. Provide guidance and support to the crew members on site.

· Work Tracking & Documentation: Track progress and report on project status using Procore, ensuring that all work is accurately documented. Maintain a record of daily activities, including any issues or changes that arise.

· Safety Compliance: Ensure that the work site is maintained in a safe and compliant manner, following all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise, including delays, conflicts, or technical challenges. Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to find solutions.

· Communication: Facilitate daily meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and any changes in scope or schedule. Maintain effective communication with the project management team and ensure stakeholders are updated on project status.
