ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics of water trucks including setting up equipment to load and unload
- Monitor water quality by conducting regular sampling and testing for chemical and water properties
- Perform daily checks and monitoring of the wastewater treatment process, pumps and other equipment including observing any variation in operating conditions
- Interprets meter, gauge reading, and test results to determine load requirements
- Operate brine treatment and sludge processing equipment
- Start and stop pumps, engines, and generators to control flow of brine through filtering, settling, aeration, and sludge digestion processes
- Monitors control-panel and adjusts valves and gate to regulate flow.
- Maintain accurate records of operations including daily logs and lab sampling/testing results by entering data into our database
- Maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and agencies
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and safety protocols
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Work Schedule
- The position follows a 2-2-3 work schedule, which consists of two consecutive workdays, followed by two days off, and then a three-day work period. The following week you will have a three-day weekend. This rotating schedule provides a mix of extended weekends and varied daily shifts, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
- Our shifts are 6:00am to 6:00pm and will rotate day and night on a monthly basis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in computer operation including experience with data entry
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

You will often work in hazardous conditions surrounded by loud machinery and dangerous chemicals. Proper safety equipment is provided and will need to be worn at all times. You must have the ability to descent and climb a maximum of 30 rungs to access system pumps, lift 50 pounds, and have the ability to detect and differentiate colors.
