This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Keystone Construction & Renovations in Rochester, NY. The Office Administrator/manager is a highbred flex roll and will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, bookkeeping, payroll, marketing and assisting with company content, communicating with clients, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus, AIA or equivalent billing
- Knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office)
