Onsite Position

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000

Keystone CPAs is seeking a Controller who will have full line-of-sight on the firm's financial performance and play a pivotal role in our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Reporting results of operations to executive leadership team on agreed upon intervals, showing office profitability after allocation of firm overhead.

Lead the transition of financial systems to NetSuite from QuickBooks Online, ensuring a smooth implementation and full optimization of its capabilities.

Ensuring intercompany accounting is accurate, after allocating expenses for shared resources / salary, and filing consolidated financial statements.

Maintain tight financial / internal controls, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Measuring budgeted results to actual results and developing cost and savings recommendations.

Utilize and optimize CCH Axcess and CCH Dashboards to track and report key financial metrics.

Develop proficiency with Power BI tools to visualize and report financial performance.

Collaborate closely with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Manage and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements : CPA Certification

7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Fluency in NetSuite, (experience leading system implementations and optimizations, huge ).

Strong command of CCH Axcess and experience with CCH Dashboards (preferred).

Competence or interest in developing skills in Power BI for financial reporting and data analysis.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and teams.
