IT Support Technician/Help Desk
The IT Support Technician/Help Desk is responsible for providing technical support to end-users across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and offering general IT support. The technician will collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update system configurations and software.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Help manage inventory of IT equipment and assist with software installations and upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and solutions.
- Respond to support tickets and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned to gain hands-on experience with different technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to all end-users.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree or certificates in relevant field or commensurate experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
