Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT / Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and oversee the seamless integration of our systems into an ERP platform. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing end-user support, and maintaining system security. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. MUST be able to start immediately!
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting :
Respond to and resolve user inquiries related to hardware, software, emails, and peripherals.
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, time clocks, and other technical equipment.
- Monitor and update hardware and software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
ERP System Integration :
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate ERP system integration.
Security & Compliance :
Monitor and manage IT security programs to ensure data integrity and system protection.
Project Support :
Assist in the implementation of IT-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
Communication & Collaboration :
Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
