Responsibilities Include:
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Responsible for producing 5 gross quality calls per day or better
- Responsible for delivering an FCE (First Call Efficiency) of 80% or better
- Responsible for maintenance and repair through replacing parts that are worn or broken while using common sense for completing the repair (i.e. Do not troubleshoot with parts)
- Responsible for proper and accurate trunk inventory (minimal variances)
- Responsible for providing an average 4-hour response to our clients
- Responsible for communicating with new service call clients with one hour of call reception
- Responsible for providing quality service calls on each piece of equipment serviced
- Responsible for communicating to the parts coordinator with parts status'/needs
- Responsible for communicating rescheduled parts status’ to end users with an ETA for service call completion
- Responsible for possessing a reliable vehicle to travel from site to site while providing the minimal required insurance coverage for this field of work
- Responsible for communicating with peers and management with field actions and assistance requests
- Responsible for completing self- paced training courses in a timely manner
- Responsible for possessing and maintaining cleaning supplies to a required level
- Responsible for the proper care of all company provided tools (hand tools, laptops, USB sticks, SD cards, vacuum, etc.)
Hiring Criteria:
- 3 years of hands on field service experience
- Documented record of achievements – preferably in office technology
