We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused, reliable, coachable, candidate with automotive sales experience. A dedicated Automotive Sales Associate will be advising each client who walks through the door on their next automotive purchase. Not only will you be putting a smile on your customer’s face, you’ll also reap the benefits of a rewarding career including high earning potential and job flexibility.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include sales licensing and background checks in order to qualify for employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
• Prospects daily for potential customers; maintains consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
• Maintains a high CSI score.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Continually learns about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Realizes that business is built on customer satisfaction and is devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Establishes personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
• Provides sales management information via completion of reports.
• Attends sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid PA Driver's license, and a good driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
