An innovative nutraceutical company is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive sales growth in new markets, including international and private label sectors. This high-impact role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding revenue streams. The ideal candidate has 10 years of sales experience , preferably in the nutraceutical / supplement industry , with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and establishing new markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand into new markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Oversee international and private label sales growth.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of sales experience , with a strong background in market expansion.
  • Experience in nutraceuticals / supplements preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets .
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP (NetSuite preferred), and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment .
