Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, Idaho, is searching for a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist provides comprehensive HR support for all multiple departments. This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding.

Keystone is changing hospice care in Idaho with our exceptional clinical care, dedicated and specialized team, low nurse-to-patient ratios, and unique holistic approach. Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in healthcare or a multi-client HR services environment.

-Knowledge of healthcare labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.

-Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage HR functions for multiple companies.

-Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and GSuite.

-Ability to effectively support multiple clients with varying HR needs.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Possess and maintain the high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion with employees and managers alike.

-Work collaboratively with HR leadership and client managers to streamline HR processes.

-Be a problem-solver who can adapt to different company cultures and business needs.

-Organized with acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policies and guidance to teams.

-Ability to think proactively and anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and employee orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data entry and payroll management.
  • Collaborate with management to implement human capital management strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees to address HR-related inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
