Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, Idaho, is searching for a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist provides comprehensive HR support for all multiple departments. This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding.

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in healthcare or a multi-client HR services environment.
-Knowledge of healthcare labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
-Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage HR functions for multiple companies.
-Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and GSuite.
-Ability to effectively support multiple clients with varying HR needs.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Possess and maintain the high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion with employees and managers alike.
-Work collaboratively with HR leadership and client managers to streamline HR processes.
-Be a problem-solver who can adapt to different company cultures and business needs.
-Organized with acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policies and guidance to teams.
-Ability to think proactively and anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and employee orientation.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations.
- Conduct employee evaluations and facilitate change management initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data entry and payroll management.
- Collaborate with management to implement human capital management strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with employees to address HR-related inquiries.
