Keystone Human Services IT Department has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the corporate office in Harrisburg, PA twice per week.
The Project Manager is a member of the IT Team who works under limited supervision with business and service line sponsors to ensure that multiple large projects deliver expected business value and expected success. This individual formulates a body of knowledge of the KHS project experience to be utilized for all future projects.

Specific Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Advocates for solutions that optimize the needs of the organization when providing input and making decisions.
- Implements and monitors projects and programs to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting organizational standards and needs.
- Identifies deliverables, milestones, and tasks with the intent to meet the triple restraint of schedule/time, cost/resource, and scope/quality determined for each project.
- Adheres to plans and cost estimates, communicates, and integrates project schedules, resources, and deliverables with the team, vendors, management, and stakeholders.
- Identifies and mitigates technical risks and related business issues.
- Effectively communicates project dependencies, identifies potential solutions, and reviews complex technical issues with Supervisor.
- Develops project charters, plans, estimates, and schedules; ensures work is completed and reports variances; assigns tasks to team and controls workloads; develops implementation, maintenance, and support plans; tracks issues and risks.
- Ensures knowledge gained from each project is shared in subsequent projects by creating accurate and complete project documentation, collecting, and interpreting all project activity data and maintaining current and updated project standards and procedures.
- Promotes and contributes to team collaboration ensuring lessons learned are captured and reused for all future projects.
- Ensures quality of projects by adhering to structured project management methodology and correcting or elevating deviation from standards.
- An associate degree in a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of four years proven Project Management experience to include a focus in computer science, business, or systems analysis. An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating required skills and knowledge may be considered.
- Ability to complete system research, analysis, and administration work with minimal supervision.
- Information system experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret and apply written information.
- Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of Office Suite and the ability to learn, interpret, and implement new systems and applications.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and effective organizational and prioritization skills.
