Keystone Pediatric Behavioral Health is a behavioral health practice providing diagnostic evaluations and mental health services for children impacted by autism spectrum and other neuro-developmental conditions and their families. We have the need for experienced, senior behavior interventionists to provide direct clinical care and parent consultation to join our team. Behavior Interventionists will provide evidence-based services including the Early Start Denver Model, naturalistic teaching, pivotal response training, discrete trial instruction, parent consultation, and other ABA strategies to improve the lives of impacted children and their families. The behavioral interventionists will be supervised by our highly skilled and caring BCBAs. We are seeking caring, compassionate, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team. We will provide all the training needed for new clinicians as well as ongoing training and supervision. We strongly encourage bilingual candidates to apply!
Behavior Interventionists:
- Conduct daily in-home and/or school/community sessions
- Co-facilitate social skills groups
- Work as part of a team of therapists to deliver a personalized intervention program to improve language, play, social skills, cognitive abilities, and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide parent consultation
- Collect, record and maintain data on each child's progress
- Attend weekly supervision
- Receive ongoing training
- Gain opportunities to supervise cases DOE
Availability: Part-time; afternoon availability is highly preferred
Job Requirements:
- 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or children
- Enrolled in Master’s degree program in psychology, ABA, or related field
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to clear FBI & DOJ background check
- Energetic, compassionate, and caring
