Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front offices of our Senior Living Community.
Duties and Responsibilities
To keep the front offices running in a smooth, organized and professional manner. Serve as supervisor to the Concierge staff, set up and maintain employee personnel files, respond to resident emergency calls, respond to fire alarms/drills, receipt all incoming cash, update residents' monthly invoices, submit bills for payment, receive visitors and vendors to community, back up to conduct tours, answer telephone, assist residents and staff with requests and assist Executive Director as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with invoicing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to develop training programs for staff development.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Strong schedule management skills to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
