Keystone RV is looking for a FMLA/ADA Leave Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. Join a growing Company that is part of Thor Industries, the largest Recreational Vehicle Manufacture in the US.
FMLA/ADA Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- FMLA/ADA/Military Leaves and Accommodations - experience is preferred
- Conducts or helps with new employee orientation
- Performs a variety of administrative duties including preparing correspondence, memos and reports, documentation and filing.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills with a positive approach
FMLA/ADA Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience processing and tracking FMLA/ADA/Miliary Leaves
- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Excellent computer skills, Excel, ADP and record keeping
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
- One to Three plus years of experience in human resources positions preferred
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
