What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Specialist position at KEYSTONE SURVEYING & MAPPING, INC.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct field wetland delineations and stream determinations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
· Prepare technically detailed wetland delineation reports.
· Assist in Pennsylvania and West Virginia Environmental Permitting.
· Experience with GPS data collection.
· Experience with Threatened and Endangered Plant Species Surveys and Identification is a plus.
· Assist with preparation of permit applications and environmental reports.
· Coordinate with internal project teams.
· Perform QA/QC on all work.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Excellent time management skills
· Must be able to travel. Travel will mostly be regional day trips. Overnight stays will be necessary, at times.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written skills and attention to detail
· 3 – 5 years of experience in environmental consulting.
· B.S. in natural resource sciences discipline or related program.
· Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or AutoCAD LT a plus but not required.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have good communication, and organization skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
