Customer Services Representative

Keystone Wood Specialties is a wholesale manufacturer of wood components for the custom cabinet, furniture and remodeling industries. At Keystone, our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact with our customers delivering the highest level of service and support throughout the entire production process.
This position is a good fit for someone who wants a challenging career with ongoing learning opportunities and enjoys helping customers succeed by using critical thinking and problem solving skills. You will work alongside our other Customer Service Representatives to gain the extensive knowledge needed to be able to answer questions about our products, prepare detailed quotes and take complex orders from customers for items like cabinet doors, drawer boxes, etc. and enter those into our order entry system.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment. Strong telephone, computer and math skills are required. Computer experience is required.
Previous experience in the wood industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
