What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Prevo Cabinetry?
*Please note that our pay range of $18/hr-$21/hr for this role is firm and all potential offers will follow in accordance**
Duties including but not limited to:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Manages time wisely and is self-motivated
- Positive attitude toward change
- High attention to detail with a willingness to learn
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Provide CAD drawing support daily
- Support/back up for in house cabinet engineers
- Assist with maintenance of custom order entry program
- Regularly answer questions from customers (via email/phone call) about cabinet pricing, specifications, etc.
- Enter customer orders into a custom computer system to generate order acknowledgements for customers and orders for our shop
- Proof and edit coworkers orders
Please Note:
- CAD experience working knowledge is a plus
- Candidates with previous cabinet industry experience preferred
- Computer programming experience beneficial
- Cabinet Vision working knowledge is a plus
- Salary dependent on experience
