BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE :

As our Assistant Manager role you will:

· Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Train, mentor, and supervise team members to uphold company standards and provide exceptional service.

· Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Assist in scheduling staff, help to manage payroll and labor costs, and optimize productivity and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
