Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up
Champion creative storytelling that drives strategy and culture
- Drive breakthrough communication strategies as a key player for KFC US by taking initiative in independently developing and implementing solutions to deliver impactful results, while maintaining clear alignment across enterprise initiatives.
- Responsible for RSC Business Updates and other large-scale events to inform, inspire and engage with our employees while ensuring business priorities and results are clearly communicate
- Develop and implement communication strategies for various departments across the business while influencing overall brand communication initiatives
- Provide communications support, guidance and content for Chief Executives to help ensure desired executive image and voice
- Collaborate with marketing and external communications team to identify integrated storytelling opportunities
- Inform and inspire employees by crafting and distributing compelling internal communications, including newsletters and intranet content.
- Expand the reach of internal messages by leveraging innovative platforms to increase exposure and engagement from target audiences.
- Develop and implement global communication plans for key/major departments across the business while influencing overall brand communication initiatives and leading execution of integrated communications calendar.
- Supporting mid-sized to large client groups for internal audiences (corporate, franchisees, restaurant leaders, general managers and restaurant teams).
- Responsible for select department-specific livestreams to inform, inspire and engage with the system while ensuring business priorities and results are clearly communicated
- Review and report on ongoing communication key performance indicators
- Create and execute quarterly communications business report
- Analyze communication results and collaborate with team to provide data driven recommendations to integrated communication strategies
- Own campaign reporting for key internal communication initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in Communication.
- 5 years of relevant work experience required with Bachelor’s or 3 years with Master’s.
- Prior experience in internal/external communication, communication campaign execution, corporate communications and franchisee communications., corporate intranet / internal Web Content Management systems,
- Graphic design and CMS experience a bonus
- Strong team player that contributes to a positive and productive team environment; able to build strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders to deliver on day-to-day mission.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload and schedules effectively.

- Exceptional capacity for organization, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables and regularly communicate progress against goals
