Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in Mansfield, MA. Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in Mansfield, MA. Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities:
- 3-way PO match
- Handle costing and shipping discrepancies (what was shipped vs what was not)
- Research issues with invoices and POs
- Goods received report needs to be kept up weekly
- Resolve all POs within 30 days - KPIs
- Statements
- Shared AP email
- 3 solid years of experience with PO 3-way matching
- ERP experience required
- Basic Excel experience
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Ability to demonstrate speed but also accuracy
- Ability to process about 50 invoices a day
