- Include research assignments, supporting, reporting, and communicating
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and answer inquiries through the team's email and phone lines
- Heavy research on suspected duplicates
- Resolving invoice processing issues and supporting various reporting efforts
- Troubleshooting GR/IR
- As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be utilizing Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Fast paced environment with high volume
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume setting
- Major ERP experience - SAP preferred
- Proficiency with Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
