Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable in Houston, TX. Duties Include:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable in Houston, TX. Duties Include:
- Full cycle accounts payable, up to 100 invoices daily
- Very manual environment, a lot of paper; Take that information to enter into the system; High volume of data entry; Enter invoices into Jonas and Excel
- Printing invoices and obtaining approvals via email; Some invoices are very lengthy and more complicated, while others are more basic
- 3 years of recent full cycle accounts payable experience
- Intermediate Excel skills - doesn't need pivot tables and VLOOKUPs but would be a plus
- Must be comfortable in a paper driven environment
- Jonas software is not a must, but must be comfortable learning a new system quickly
- Must enjoy doing a high volume of data entry
