Responsibilities

Kforce's client, one of the fastest growing, most dynamic an innovative nationally ranked CPA and Advisory firms is seeking an Audit Leader for their New York Metro Not-For-Profit practice. Key Tasks:

• The Audit Leader will drive service offerings throughout New York metropolitan area
• Oversee delivery of solutions for clients and collaborate to introduce other service offerings
• Provide exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to manage and motivate teams for success
• Assist in building and managing a book of business; Use professional network and relationships to develop new business for the Assurance team as well as extend opportunities to other lines of business
• Work across regions as a collaborator and leader within the Audit function

Requirements

• CPA with 10 years of Audit experience in public accounting; Not-for Profit experience is essential
• Excellent client service and organizational management skills
• Proven success and track record in building, developing, growing, and sustaining client and people relationships (Business Development is a significant part of this job)
• National or regional CPA firm leadership experience preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
