Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into clear project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications
- Support the PMO in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions in both English and Italian
- As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project implementation
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics to track project success
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or maritime industry
- Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
