Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is looking for a Construction Help Desk Specialist. Summary: The Construction Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, support and improvement of core Project Management and Sales Support technologies such as estimating, bid management and cloud storage software. This individual should have skills in the successful execution of technical enhancements and/or improvements along with business application configuration and integration. These skills will be utilized to demonstrate value through prototypes, documents and presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of industry experience
- 3 years of experience with construction technology, estimating, project management, or related software
- Knowledge of estimating software, troubleshooting, and project management processes (RFI, submittals, construction process)
- Experience with FastDUCT and Fast Pipe
- Cloud storage knowledge (e.g., Dropbox/Google Drive, GSuite)
- Proficiency with Excel (including adding formulas and basic functions)
- Experience with BlueBeam and Bid Tracer
