RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is looking for a Construction Help Desk Specialist.
Summary:
The Construction Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, support and improvement of core Project Management and Sales Support technologies such as estimating, bid management and cloud storage software. This individual should have skills in the successful execution of technical enhancements and/or improvements along with business application configuration and integration. These skills will be utilized to demonstrate value through prototypes, documents and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or 5 years of industry experience
* 3 years of experience with construction technology, estimating, project management, or related software
* Knowledge of estimating software, troubleshooting, and project management processes (RFI, submittals, construction process)
* Experience with FastDUCT and Fast Pipe
* Cloud storage knowledge (e.g., Dropbox/Google Drive, GSuite)
* Proficiency with Excel (including adding formulas and basic functions)
* Experience with BlueBeam and Bid Tracer
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
